How long does it take to process and despatch my order?
If we have received your order before midday on any week day then we aim to pick and despatch your order the same day, assuming that we have all of the items you ordered in stock. If you have placed your order during the weekend or a bank holiday then we will aim to despatch your order on the next working day.
What is standard delivery?
Our standard delivery service means that once your order has been despatched you can expect delivery within three to four working days.
Items will not stay in my cart. Why is this?
